Shipping policy

Different shipping couriers available and selected at checkout. Please select your preferred method of shipping. Local Pickup is available as well. If there is any damage to your product please ensure that the package is signed as "damaged" or refused. We will file a shipping claim for damaged package. 

Inspect package before signing for it. If it is not signed damaged then we cannot represent you with the shipping companies insurance. All glass products shipped are not covered under insurance offered by shipping agents. If glass is damaged in transit we will not be replacing the broken glass. Alternatively you can order pvc enclosures and request to order your own glass local to you. This would discount the price of the enclosure for you to take on the cost of glass.
